Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Legacy Print 7 Stitch! We take pride in creating high-quality, custom apparel, embroidery, and personalized gifts. Most of our products are made to order with care and attention to detail. 

Processing & Production Time: All items are made to order unless otherwise stated. Our standard processing time is 7-10 business days before your order ships. Processing times does not include holidays, or shipping transit time.   During peak holidays, conventions, and special events, processing time may be extended. Any significant delays will be communicated to customers. 

Shipping & Delivery: Once your order has been completed, it will be packaged and shipped using the shipping method selected at checkout.  Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier.  Please note that the estimated delivery date includes both the production time and shipping time. 

Tracking Information: Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.  Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking updates to appear. 

Custom & Personalized Orders: Custom embroidered apparel and personalized gifts that require extensive customization or special material may take longer than our standard. Customers will be notified if additional production time is necessary. 

Rush Orders: Need your order sooner? Please contact us before placing your order to inquire about rush production availability. Rush orders are subject to approval and a rush fee that is determined by the details of the order.
